Escape Room Reservation Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by us

We reserve the right to cancel up to the day of the booking for the following reasons:

• Due to inclement weather conditions (winter season as snow/ice can cause accessibility issues)

• Unforseen reasons (staff shortage or technical issue with adventure game equipment).

We will provide as much notice as possible and make every effort to reschedule your Escape Room adventure at your convenience or refund your Escape Room adventure in the case of prepaid reservations.

Cancellations made by visitors

We understand that sometimes things change and plans must be cancelled. If you need to cancel, we kindly request a minimum of two days notice.

Our payment policy does not require payment prior to your booking. However, we kindly ask you to consider the impact of cancelling the History, Mystery & Local Flavours package on our dedicated staff, especially Camille at the Stone Soup Cafe who may have already ordered or prepared extra supplies for your reservation.
